We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect with expertise in React to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance user interfaces. In this role, you will define UI architecture, create reusable components, and ensure consistency across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to deliver seamless user experiences. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey technical concepts, mentor developers, and align UI strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities:Lead the UI architecture using React.Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces.Optimize UI performance for fast, responsive, and accessible user experiences.Mentor and guide front-end developers in best practices and coding standards.Required Skills:Expertise in React frameworks.Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Primary RolePrimary role would be to provide best fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.Provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.Implement solutions, create technology differentiation and leverage partner technologies.Participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions.You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with Industry guidelines.Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture, ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions.Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus.Good understanding of SDLC (AGILE methodology) is a pre-requisite.Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.Help our clients navigate to next level in their digital transformation journey.Should have responsive web page design experienceKnowledge in CI/ CD (Proficient in CI tools like Jenkins, Ant, Maven) and DevOps pipeline, tools like SVN and Git/GitHub, will be a plus.Required Experience15+ years of exp. Strong in designing and develop web application from scratch using React, JavaScript and Node.js/Java Spring boot and can build strong foundation using modern framework. Ability to create Architecture diagram , High-Level and Low-Level Design.Well versed with SOLID and other Design Principles.Must be involved actively in Code-Review activities.Must to have knowledge on building web application using any JavaScript framework like React.Ability to provide solution to the complex problems and work closely with enterprise architects , BA and customer.Min 10+ Years of experience with Strong lead experience in creating React.JS frameworks.Experience in Web development, Responsive UI.Ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into design.Strong in JavaScript, React and Node.js/Java springboot(Any backend technology).Knowledge Reactive programming (RxJs)Expectation is to build an application from Security, UI/X and Scalability perspective. Solid foundation in design/development with strong analytical and debugging skillsExperience in all phases of software development lifecycle with Agile Software development methods.Self-starter with Ability to lead UI team.Familiarity with RESTful APIsStrong experience with SASS/LESS Frameworks is added advantages.Knowledge on Gulp/Grunt, JSHINT, Bower on this an advantageGood Understanding of OOPS conceptExperience with unit testing frameworks Jest, Protractor, Mocha and Chai
